how long does shipping take?

orders ship within 3-5 days to allow for proper curing. if your order is ready sooner, we’ll ship it out early. you’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.

do you ship internationally?

not yet! right now, we only ship within the u.s., but we’re working on it. stay tuned.

what are your candles made of?

every meltdown studio candle is made with coconut soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks for a clean, long-lasting burn. no paraffin, no toxic junk, no weird headaches.

how strong are your scents?

strong enough to fill a room without being overpowering. some scents, like unbothered and first class, have a stronger throw, while softer scents, like daydream, are more subtle.

are your products pet-safe?

yep! everything is made with clean ingredients that are safe to use around your furry friends.

how do i make my candle last longer?

• trim your wick to ¼ inch before every burn.

• let the wax melt evenly to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.

• don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time (your candle needs a break too).

what should i do if my candle is tunneling?

if the wax isn’t melting all the way to the edges, try the foil trick—wrap foil around the top and leave an opening in the center, then burn it until the wax evens out.

do you accept returns or exchanges?

because each product is handmade, we can’t accept returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right.
